Kwali Retreat House

Challenge: Design a private three-storey retreat that feels premium but stays grounded in materials that are honest and buildable in the Nigerian context.

Approach: Exposed concrete, timber, and dark-framed glass. Every material was chosen to be low-maintenance and visually strong without ornamental excess.

Result: A design that feels deliberate at every level, from the pool terrace on the ground floor to the master suite with its private terrace above.

Contemporary Luxury Apartment

Challenge: Achieve a premium look without driving up construction costs unnecessarily.

Approach: Clean geometry, material contrast, and large openings to create a sense of space and quality with practical construction methods.

Result: High-end visual appeal with controlled building cost.

Residential Renovation

Challenge: An outdated structure with poor space planning and no coherent identity.

Approach: Reorganized the layout and introduced a modern facade treatment that gave the building a clear visual direction.
