I’m Mubarak Jelani, a real estate professional based in Abuja, Nigeria, with a background in architectural design and construction.

I help individuals, families and investors find and evaluate property opportunities based on their budget, purpose, location and long-term goals.

I believe buying property should be more than finding something you can afford. You need to understand what you’re buying, why you’re buying it, and whether the opportunity actually makes sense for you.

A Different Perspective on Property

My background is in architectural technology and construction.

Since 2021, I have spent time on construction sites, observing how buildings are planned, documented and eventually built. That experience taught me to look at property from more than one angle.

When evaluating a property, I naturally think about questions such as:

Is the location suitable for the intended purpose?

How accessible is the property?

What is happening around the area?

What kind of development is possible?

Does the property make sense for someone buying to build, hold or invest?

What documentation and title does the property have?

These questions don’t eliminate risk, but they can help a buyer make a more informed decision.

I hold an HND in Architectural Technology, with training in building design, construction and technical documentation.

I have been exposed to construction sites since 2021, giving me practical insight into how design decisions translate into physical buildings.

I currently work in real estate, helping clients discover property opportunities in Abuja and understand which options may suit their objectives.

Based in Abuja

I work primarily with buyers interested in property opportunities in Abuja, while also communicating with clients remotely.
