I pay attention to dimensions, materials, construction methods and the relationship between the design and what happens on site.
Climate-Conscious
Buildings in Abuja and Northern Nigeria need to respond to their environment.
Where appropriate, I consider solar exposure, shading, orientation, natural ventilation, openings, roof design and material choices to help create more comfortable spaces.

I explain the reasoning behind important design decisions and use drawings and 3D visualization to help clients understand the project before construction begins.

Architecture & Property
My architectural background also influences how I approach real estate.
Buying land is only the beginning. The value of a property can also depend on what can realistically be developed on it.
When appropriate, I consider questions such as:
- What type of building could work on the site?
- Does the site provide suitable access?
- How might the terrain affect construction?
- What planning or development considerations may apply?
- Is the plot suitable for the buyer’s intended use?
- What design opportunities or limitations might the site create?
This is one reason I believe property decisions should be considered from more than just the asking price.
About My Background
I hold an Btech in Architectural Technology, with training in building design, construction principles, technical documentation and digital design.
I have also had practical exposure to construction sites since 2021, giving me a firsthand understanding of the relationship between drawings, materials and site execution.
My primary professional focus is currently real estate, while architecture remains an important part of my professional practice and perspective.
